The firm KPMG Cardenas Dosal, S.C., member of KPMG International, is in charge of the Company’s external audit function. The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, is responsible for contracting the services of the external auditors. Over the last 3 years in which they have audited our Financial Statements, they have not issued any negative opinion, omission or abstention to issue an opinion about them. The fees paid to KPMG for its audit services in the last three years were not significant.
